Shipping Policy
Effective date: June 29, 2018

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates
  • We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping to the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included). Shipping charges for orders outside of the 48-contiguous United States will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Priority Mail: This service generally takes 2 to 3 days, excluding the day of shipment, Sundays and holidays. This is NOT a guaranteed service, just a typical delivery time.
  • Incorrect Address on Order: If you supply us with an incorrect address, we will need to charge you any additional shipping charges that occur for correcting the address, intercepting the package, or reshipping your package. The Post Office requires that postage be paid again to reship a package and UPS charges additional for delivery intercepts/address corrections.
  • Lost or Undelivered Domestic Shipments: We privately insure all shipments to allow any package lost or damaged during shipment to be processed quickly. Claims for shipments lost in the US Mail system cannot be initiated until 20 days after date of shipment to give the post office time to make delivery on packages that may be delayed in transit. A Search Request for lost packages can be initiated 7 days after date of shipment. If your mail shipment is scanned as "Delivered", but you have not received it, please contact your local post office with the tracking number to speak with the carrier as soon as you determine you haven't received your shipment.
  • Orders of $100 or more may require a signature for delivery.
Local Pickup
  • We also offer Local Pickup, which avoids shipping charges and provides you the ability pick up your order from either our front porch — often as soon as the next day — or at one of the area market events we attend each weekend here in the Texas Hill Country.
  • When you choose Local Pickup at checkout we will then contact you to arrange your desired pickup location, date and time.
International Shipping
  • Currently we do not offer international shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@GrueneWitch.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
