Artisan-made skin care and herbal remedies including balms, herbal infusions, lotions, mists, oils, salves, serums, soaps, teas, tonics and more — handcrafted using our original recipes, organic ingredients and essential oils.
We also sell certified organic and sustainably sourced herbs, spices and seasoning blends, a variety of aromatic smudges, plus our line of 100% pure essential oils we call Wicked Essentials.

Shipping and Local Pickup
We offer two options for receiving your Gruene Witch Apothecary orders:
Shipping
We charge only $7.95 (Texas) or $8.95 (remaining 47 contiguous states) to ship any
size order. Orders of $100 or more ship for FREE! Shipping rates to Alaska and
Hawaii are calculated at checkout.
We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail but may choose an alternative when appropriate. You will be
emailed a tracking number at the time your shipping label is printed. Please be aware of the scheduled delivery date so you are prepared to receive the package.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for lost packages in which the tracking
number confirms delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
Lost or missing packages should be reported in a timely manner; most definitely
within seven (7) days of the delivery notification.
Is my package insured?
Yes. All orders are insured without exception. In the event of loss or damage, your
order will be replaced once the insurance claim has been processed.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup avoids shipping charges and provides you the ability pick up your order from either our front porch — often as soon as the next day — or at one of the area market events we attend each weekend here in the Texas Hill Country.
When you choose Local Pickup at checkout we will then contact you to arrange your desired pickup location, date and time. Be sure to provide us with your telephone number and email address.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our goods we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final; however, we do offer replacements for damaged or defective merchandise. Please contact us within three (3) business days if your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. There may be slight variations in color, shape and finish from batch to batch due to seasonal differences in raw materials, but the quality of your purchase will not be affected.
Product Care
Under proper storage and usage conditions, our products will remain at maximum freshness for periods up to one (1) year or more. Most of our goods do not require refrigeration but should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Extreme temperatures should be avoided.
